If I’m honest, I’m not going to write a post on this subject as I can’t exactly say what make me sad.
Unfortunately I suffer from depression and anxiety and I’ve personally suffered a lot of sadness in my life with these issues but I’m not my mental health disorder, I am Shannon and I try to make my life as positive and as happy as I can make it. I get the low days where I don’t want to do anything, I cry and I feel like absolute shit but that’s not me. Those are a couple of days a month out of 30. Let’s say I have 4 low days a month, which is 26 days a month where I am happy.
